傳動軸異響的故障診斷排除方法如下:

①汽車行駛中突然改變速度,傳動軸出現一種金屬敲聲,則可說明個別凸緣或萬向節十字軸軸承磨損過大而松曠,引起傳動軸異響

②汽車起步時傳動軸出現咣當一聲或響聲雜亂。汽車在緩坡上向後倒車時,發出咯叭的斷續響聲,則可說明是滾針折斷或碎裂,應更換滾針軸承。

 

③汽車起步或變速換擋時,傳動軸有明顯金屬撞擊聲,而低速擋比高速擋更加明顯,多為中間支承內固與軸過盈配合減小而松曠引起異響。

④汽車起步或行駛中,傳動軸始終有明顯喀啦異響,並伴有振動,則說明中間支承支架固定螺栓鬆動而引起異響。

⑤汽車低速行駛時傳動軸出現清脆而有節奏的金屬撞擊聲,汽車脫擋滑行時存在清晰聲響。多系萬向節軸承殼壓緊力過大,使軸承不能靈活轉動。

⑥ 汽車行駛時傳動軸聲響隨車速增加而增大,中間支承軸承發出沉悶而連續的雜亂聲響,則說明中間支承軸承因磨損過大而散架。汽車行駛中傳動軸發出連續的.....聲,首先檢查中間支承軸承支架橡膠墊環隔套緊固螺栓是否過緊或過松(沒有按規定的擰緊力矩要求),使軸承支架位置發生偏斜。可調整軸承蓋螺栓的鬆緊度來排除異響故障,若調整軸承預緊度後仍有響聲,則應檢查軸承的潤滑狀況,如果軸承潤滑不良,應拆檢、清洗軸承,並加注潤滑脂後裝複軸承及支架

⑦汽車行駛中,傳動軸聲響雜亂無規則,時而出現金屬撞擊聲,則說明傳動軸兩端的萬向節叉不處在同平面內,使等速排列遭到破壞。

⑧ 汽車高速行駛時傳動軸有異響,脫擋滑行時傳動軸異響依然存在,多系中間支承軸承滾道損傷,或中間支承軸承支架安裝位置發生偏移。

⑨ 為了進一步驗證以上診斷的正確性,可在停車時檢視並用於晃動傳動軸各部,察看其安裝位置是否正確、機件表面有無傷痕、緊固連接是否鬆動、配合間隙是否過松或過緊.停車後鬆開駐車制動器,用於上下推動萬向節,如有松曠,則說明十字軸滾針軸承松曠。· 用於來回晃動駐車制動盤,如有松曠曠,則說明變速器第二軸花鍵松曠曠。·將駐車制動器拉緊,用於來回晃動中間傳動軸後凸緣,如有松曠,則說明中間傳動軸花鍵軸鍵齒松曠。·用於前後拉動中間傳動軸凸緣,如有松曠則說明中間傳動軸後端螺母鬆動。

⑩汽車行駛中,若制動減速時傳動軸出現沉重的金屬敲擊聲,則說明後鋼板彈簧騎馬螺母鬆動。

① When the car suddenly changes speed while driving, a metal knocking sound appears in the transmission shaft, which can indicate that the individual flange or universal joint cross shaft bearing is too worn and loose, causing the transmission shaft to rattle.

② When the car starts, there is a "bang" sound or a chaotic sound from the drive shaft. When the car is reversing backwards on a slow slope, a "clucking" intermittent sound can be described as a broken or shattered needle roller, and the needle roller bearing should be replaced.

③ When the car starts or changes gear, the transmission shaft has an obvious metal impact sound, and the low-speed gear is more obvious than the high-speed gear, more for the middle bearing internal solid and shaft interference with the reduction of loose cause noise.

④ When the car is starting or driving, there is an obvious "click" sound from the transmission shaft and vibration, which means that the middle bearing bracket fixing bolt is loose and causes the noise.

⑤ When the car is running at low speed, the transmission shaft has a crisp and rhythmic metal impact sound, and there is a clear sound when the car is out of gear and coasting. Most of the universal joint bearing shell pressure is too large, so that the bearing can not rotate flexibly.

⑥When the car is running, the sound of the transmission shaft increases with the speed of the car, the middle bearing issues a dull and continuous noise, then it means that the middle bearing is falling apart due to excessive wear. If the drive shaft makes a continuous "chirping" sound when the car is in motion ..... The first thing to do is to check whether the rubber cushion ring spacer bolts of the middle bearing support are too tight or too loose (not according to the stipulated tightening torque requirements), so that the bearing support position is skewed. Can adjust the bearing cover bolt tightness to exclude the noise fault, if adjust the bearing pre-tightness after still have the noise, then should check the lubrication condition of the bearing, if the bearing lubrication is bad, should disassemble and clean the bearing, and add lubricating grease after installing the bearing and bracket
⑦When the car is in motion, the sound of the drive shaft is chaotic and irregular, and sometimes there is a crashing sound, which means that the universal joint forks at both ends of the drive shaft are not in the same plane, so that the equal speed arrangement is damaged.

⑧ If the transmission shaft rattles at high speed and still exists when the car is in neutral, it is mostly due to damage to the intermediate bearing raceway or a shift in the installation position of the intermediate bearing bracket.

⑨To further verify the correctness of the above diagnosis, examine and shake the various parts of the drive shaft while parked to see if the mounting position is correct, if there are no scars on the surface of the machine, if the fastening connection is loose and if the clearance is too loose or too tight. After stopping, loosen the stationary brake and use it to push the universal joint up and down, if it is loose, the cross shaft needle bearing is loose. - If there is any slack, the second shaft spline of the gearbox is loose. -Tighten the parking brake and use it to shake the rear flange of the intermediate drive shaft back and forth. If it is loose, then the intermediate drive shaft spline is loose. -If loose, the nut on the rear end of the intermediate drive shaft is loose.

⑩If there is a heavy metallic knocking sound on the drive shaft when the car is in motion and slowing down, this indicates a loose rear steel plate spring riding nut.
