由於變矩器螺栓和發動機之間通道堵塞或間隙有限，有些發動機/變速器組合不能採用此方法進行平衡.為了隔離並校正飛輪或變矩器的振動，將變矩器從飛輪上分離，以確定振動是在發動機還是在變速器

01 在發動機意速運轉且變速器掛駐車擋 (P) 或空擋 (N) 時，觀察振動情況。

02 關閉發動機。

03 舉升並妥善支撐車輛

04 拆下變矩器檢修蓋和螺栓 (若裝備)

05 標記變矩器與飛輪的相對位置

06 拆下將變矩器連接至飛輪的螺栓。

07 將變矩器從飛輪上滑下

08 轉動飛輪和變矩器，檢查有無損壞或缺失配重塊

09 降下車輛。

10 在發動機意速運轉且變速器掛駐車擋 (P) 或空擋 (N) 時，觀察振動情況

11 關閉發動機。

12 如果振動仍然存在，這可能是發動機造成的。

13 安裝變矩器至飛輪的螺栓，並將其緊固至規定力矩.

確保使用規定的螺栓。切勿使用過長的螺栓。使用過長的螺栓將導特別提示:將變矩器安裝至飛輪時，致變矩器蓋變形和內部損壞。

Due to blocked passages or limited clearance between the torque converter bolts and the engine, some engine/transmission combinations cannot be balanced by this method. In order to isolate and correct vibrations in the flywheel or torque converter, the torque converter is separated from the flywheel to determine whether the vibrations are in the engine or in the transmission.

01 Observe the vibration with the engine running at speed and the gearbox in Park (P) or Neutral (N).

02 Switch off the engine.

03 Lift and support the vehicle properly

04 Remove the torque converter service cover and bolts (if equipped)

05 Mark the position of the torque converter in relation to the flywheel

06 Remove the bolts that connect the torque converter to the flywheel.

07 Slide the torque converter off the flywheel

08 Rotate the flywheel and torque converter and check for damage or missing counterweights

09 Lower the vehicle.

10 With the engine running at speed and the gearbox in Park (P) or Neutral (N), observe the vibrations

11 Switch off the engine.

12 If the vibration persists, it may be caused by the engine.

13 Install the torque converter bolts to the flywheel and tighten them to the specified torque.

Ensure that the specified bolts are used. Do not use bolts that are too long. The use of excessively long bolts will cause deformation and internal damage to the torque converter cover when installing the torque converter to the flywheel.
