發動機不能啟動的幾種情況及解決方法
The engine can not start several situations and solutions
1.若啟動開關轉到s位置，發動機無反應
檢查啟動電路、熔絲、繼電器、蓄電池及接線情況、啟動開關。對自動變速器汽車，應檢查換擋手柄是否在P/N位置。
1. If the starter switch is turned to the s position, the engine does not respond
Check the starting circuit, fuse, relay, battery and wiring, and the starting switch. For automatic transmission vehicles, check whether the gearshift handle is in the P/N position.
2.若將啟動開關轉到S位置，只聽到起動機發出“哢哢”聲響，發動機仍不轉動
①檢查蓄電池電壓及接線情況
②檢查起動機的吸拉線圈和保持線圈的工作情況
③檢查發動機是否曲軸抱死
2. If the starter switch is turned to S position and only a "chirping" sound is heard from the starter, the engine still does not turn
①Check the battery voltage and wiring condition
②Check the working condition of the suction and retention coils of the starter
③Check whether the engine crankshaft is stuck
3.只有起動機空轉，發動機不轉
檢查起動機的吸拉線圈和保持線圈的工作情況，檢查起動機小齒輪及單向離合器
3. Only the starter idles, but the engine does not rotate
Check the working condition of the suction and pull coils and holding coils of the starter, check the starter pinion and unidirectional clutch
4.若將啟動開關轉到s位置，發動機轉速無力，不能啟動 (200r/min)
檢查蓄電池、起動機
4. If the starter switch is turned to the s position, the engine rotates without force and cannot be started (200r/min)
Check battery, starter
5.若將啟動開關轉到S位置，發動機啟動，但一鬆手，點火開關回到ON的位置時發動機熄火
啟動開關工作不良
5. If the starter switch is turned to the S position, the engine starts, but once the hand is released, the ignition switch returns to the ON position and the engine stalls.
The starter switch is not working well
6.若起動機非常有力地帶動發動機運轉 (超過200r/min) ，但發動機仍無法啟動
①用儀器或自診斷系統檢測故障碼
②檢查點火電路
🔹檢查有無跳火
🔹將火花塞高壓線或中央高壓線拔出，讓其在離搭鐵5
~ 8mm處試火。
若無火則首先檢查:
發動機轉速感測器、曲軸位置/凸輪軸位置感測器的信號輸出及線路情況
③檢查供油系統
檢查火花塞潤濕情況，潤濕則說明油路供油;若不潤濕則檢查以下項目
🔹汽油泵工作情況，通電、油壓
🔹噴油器電路及工作情況
🔹油路是否暢通，油箱是否有油
④檢查配氣正時
6. If the starter is very powerful to drive the engine to run (more than 200r/min), but the engine still cannot start
①Check the fault code with instrument or self diagnostic system
② Check ignition circuit
🔹 Check for ignition jump
🔹 Pull out the spark plug high voltage wire or central high voltage wire and let it test the ignition at 5 ~ 8mm from the hitch.If there is no fire, first check the signal output and wiring of the engine speed sensor, crankshaft position/camshaft position sensor
③Check the oil supply system
If the spark plug is wet, check the oil supply; if not, check the following items
🔹Petrol pump operation, energisation, oil pressure,Fuel injector circuit and operation
🔹Check if the oil circuit is clear, and if there is oil in the fuel tank
④Check the air distribution timing
