制動性能檢測一般可分為道路檢測與制動試驗台檢測兩種

1道路檢測

制動時間、制動距離,緊急制動跑偏量檢測在坡度不大於1%,平坦、乾燥、清潔的硬質路面上,以20 km /h車速緊急制動,直至車輛停止,測出車輛的制動時間、制動距離,緊急制動跑偏量。

 點制動檢測:40 km /h 車速點制動時,汽車應不跑偏

駐車制動力檢測:起動發動機,拉緊手制動,踩下離合器踏板,變速器掛進二檔(小車一檔),放鬆離合器踏板,發動機應熄火

(2) 試驗台檢測:

車輛在試驗臺上按國家試驗規範進行測試,可測出車輛的前輪、後輪制動力,駐車制動力。汽車的制動性主要由三個方面來評定:

1、制動效能:指汽車迅速降低行駛速度直至停車的能力,是制動性能最基本的評價指標,它是由一定初速度下的制動距離,制動減速度和制動時間來評定。

2、汽車的抗熱衰退性:指汽車高速制動,短時間多次重複制動或上下坡連續制動時制動效能的熱穩定性。

3、制動時汽車的方向穩定性:指汽車在制動時按指定軌跡行駛的能力,即不發生跑偏,側滑或失去轉向的能力。

(2) Test bench inspection.

The vehicle is tested on a test bench in accordance with national test regulations, and the braking power of the front and rear wheels and the braking power of the vehicle in park can be measured. The braking performance of a vehicle is assessed in three main ways.

It is the most basic evaluation index of braking performance, which is assessed by the braking distance, braking deceleration and braking time under a certain initial speed.

2, the car's resistance to heat recession: refers to the car's high-speed braking, short time repeated braking or continuous braking up and down the slope braking performance of thermal stability.

3、The directional stability of the vehicle during braking: it refers to the ability of the vehicle to travel according to the specified trajectory during braking, i.e. not to run off, skid or lose the ability to steer.
