汽車鍍膜有哪幾種產品？What kinds of products are available for car coating?
汽車鍍膜產品有:
1) 素鍍膜和PTFE (特氟龍)
這類產品性質功能雖略有不同，但嚴格意義上講它們都屬氟素類產品。氮素類產品的特點是:成膜性好，耐腐蝕、耐候性、耐磨損的性能都非常優越。但其最大的缺點是附著力差，幾乎所有物質都不與特氟龍塗膜粘合。因其無法與漆面長期附著，所以使它的保護時間就變得非常短.
2) 樹脂類鍍膜產品。
這類產品的特點是:成膜性好，附著力強，價格便宜而被廣泛應用，但其硬度與光澤度不好，同時抗氧化性能、抗腐蝕性能及耐候性都很差，因此逐漸被淘汰。
3) 有機矽類鍍膜產品
也有人將其稱為玻璃纖維、玻璃素等，是目前市場上最新的鍍膜產品。此類產品的主要成分是聚矽氧烷，成膜後會形成SiO2，俗稱玻璃，因此也叫玻璃質的鍍膜。它的特點是:成膜性好，硬度高，光澤度高，耐候性、耐腐蝕、耐氧化的性能都非常優越，同時它的附著力也很強，一旦塗裝在車漆表面就很難脫落。

3 Organic silicon coating products
Also known as glass fibre, vitreous, etc., it is the latest coating product on the market. The main component of this type of product is polysiloxane, which forms SiO2 after film formation, commonly known as glass, hence the name glassy coating. It is characterised by good film formation, high hardness, high gloss, excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, as well as strong adhesion.
