故障现象:
起步时踩下油门踏板,发动机转速很快升高但车速升高缓慢;行驶中踩下油门踏板加速时,发动机转速升高但车速没有很快提高,平路行驶基本正常,但上坡无力,且发动机转速很高。
可能的原因:
① 液压油油面太低;液压油油面太高,运转中被行星排剧烈搅动后产生大量气泡
② 离合器或制动器摩擦片、制动带磨损过甚或烧焦
③ 油泵磨损过甚或主油路泄漏,造成油路油压过低
④ 单向超越离合器打滑
⑤ 离合器或制动器活塞密封圈损坏,导致漏油
⑥ 减振器活塞密封圈损坏,导致漏油
故障诊断或排除措施:
① 自动变速器在所有前进挡都有打滑现象,则为前进离合器打滑
② 自动变速器在操纵手柄位于D位时的1 挡有打滑,而在操纵手柄位于L位或1位时的1 挡不打 滑,则为前讲单向超越离合器打滑。若不论操纵手柄位于D位或L位或1 位时,1挡都有打滑现象,则为低挡及倒挡制动器打滑;
③ 自动变速器只在操纵手柄位于D位时的2挡有打滑,而在操纵手柄位于S位或2位时的2挡不打滑,则为2 挡单向超越离合器打滑。若不论操纵手柄位于D位或S位或2 位时,2挡都有打滑现象,则为2挡制动器打滑,
④ 在3挡有打滑现象,则为倒挡及高挡离合器打滑
⑤ 超速挡时有打滑现象,则为超速制动器打滑,
⑥ 在倒挡和高挡时都有打滑现象,则为倒挡及高挡离合器打滑
⑦ 在倒挡和1挡时都有打滑现象,则为低挡及倒挡制动器打滑.

③ Oil pump wear is too much or the main oil circuit leakage, resulting in low oil pressure in the oil circuit
④ slipping of the one-way overrunning clutch
⑤ Damaged clutch or brake piston seal, resulting in oil leakage
⑥ Damaged damper piston seal, resulting in oil leakage
Troubleshooting or elimination measures.
① If the automatic transmission is slipping in all forward gears, the forward clutch is slipping
② If the automatic transmission slips in 1st gear when the joystick is in position D, but not in 1st gear when the joystick is in position L or 1, then the front overrunning clutch is slipping. If there is slippage in 1st gear regardless of whether the joystick is in the D or L position or 1st position, then the low gear and reverse brake are slipping.
If the automatic transmission only slips in 2nd gear when the joystick is in the D position, but not in 2nd gear when the joystick is in the S position or 2nd position, then the 2nd gear one-way overrunning clutch is slipping. If there is slippage in 2nd gear regardless of whether the joystick is in D or S or 2, then the 2nd gear brake is slipping.
④ If there is slippage in 3rd gear, the clutch is slipping in reverse gear and high gear.
⑤ If there is slippage in overdrive, the overdrive brake is slipping.
⑥ If there is slippage in both reverse and high gears, the clutch in reverse and high gears is slipping.
⑦ slipping in both reverse and 1st gear, then the low gear and reverse brake are slipping.
