寶馬B58發動機有什麼通病

關於發動機通病,每款發動機或多或少都會有,之前已經陸續聊過N13N20N55B38B48發動機的各種通病,今天就來說說B58發動機的幾個通病

1、漏水

B系發動機總體來說漏油的概率小了,不過漏水的問題確實變嚴重了,B48發動機的漏點最多,B58其次,B58漏水主要有下面幾個地方:

•機油濾底座,塑膠材質容易在高溫環境下過早損壞導致洩漏,

•水箱漏水主要有兩個地方,一個是翅片,一個是塑膠介面老化損壞,

•水泵漏水,這個跟在B48發動機上一樣,主要還是水泵上的塑膠零部件老化導致的。缸體•水管接頭,原廠也是硬質塑膠材質,與缸體接觸也容易老化損壞,一捏就碎!以上可以說都是不耐用的塑膠件惹的禍,一般8萬公里左右容易損壞。

2、冷車啟動冒藍煙

這個一般是帶有內置曲軸箱通風的氣缸蓋罩出現問題,需要更換改進後的氣缸蓋罩和曲軸箱通風管。

3、碳罐電磁閥噠噠噠異響

現在的碳罐電磁閥是直接安裝在發動機,上面,一旦混合氣燃燒不充分多了點,碳罐電磁閥就會工作,它頻繁的開啟和關閉,就會發出噠噠噠異響,如果沒任何故障提示,比如儀錶提示發動機功率下降”“混合氣過稀等,可以給碳罐電磁閥繞一圈海綿固定上。如果有相關發動機功率下降、混合氣過稀的故障提示,則要對發動機電腦進行重新程式設計。

4、蒸發箱洩漏

如果空調出現一邊製冷一邊不製冷,或者全部不製冷,檢查後發現空調管路、壓縮機、冷凝器都沒問題,是製冷劑不夠了,那很可能就是蒸發箱洩漏了,維修起來是真麻煩,要拆整個中控。出保後想省錢,可以購買寶馬的代工品牌件。

5、渦輪增壓器漏油

V形帶夾區域內漏油,一般是渦輪增壓器在軸承箱與渦輪外殼之間不密封造成的,需要用扭矩8.5牛頓米擰緊V形帶夾的螺栓,這個也是有相關技術通報的。

1. Water leakage

-The water tank leaks in two main places, one is the fins and the other is the plastic interface which is damaged by ageing.

-The water pump leaks, the same as on the B48 engine, mainly due to the ageing of the plastic parts on the pump. The water pump is leaking, which is the same as on the B48 engine. All of the above can be said to be the disaster of non-durable plastic parts, generally around 80,000 km easy to damage.

2, cold start blue smoke

This is generally with a built-in crankcase ventilation cylinder cover problems, the need to replace the improved cylinder cover and crankcase ventilation pipe.

3、Carbon tank solenoid valve clicks

Now the carbon tank solenoid valve is installed directly in the engine, above, once the mixture is not fully combustion point, the carbon tank solenoid valve will work, it frequently open and close, will issue a click click click click, if there is no fault prompt, such as the meter prompt "engine power down" "mixture If there is no fault indication, such as the meter indicating "engine power down", "mixture too lean" etc., you can wrap a sponge around the carbon canister solenoid valve and fix it. If there is a relevant engine power down, the mixture is too thin fault tips, then the engine computer to reprogram the design.

4、Leakage of the evaporator

If the air conditioner does not produce cold on one side, or all do not produce cold, after inspection found that the air conditioning pipeline, compressor, condenser are no problem, is not enough refrigerant, it is likely that the evaporator leakage, repair is really troublesome, to remove the entire central control. If you want to save money after the warranty is out, you can buy the OEM brand parts from BMW.

5、Turbocharger oil leakage

V-shaped belt clip area oil leakage, is generally turbocharger in the bearing box and the turbo housing is not sealed between the cause, you need to torque 8.5 Nm tighten the V-shaped belt clip bolt, this is also the relevant technical bulletin.
