對於帶手動變速箱的車輛,制動真空感測器用於發動機啟動/停止自動裝置即使在發動機已關閉時,也必須確保制動助力。為此制動助力器配備了一個制動真空感測器。此制動真空感測器連接在發動機控制單元上。如果真空在某個定義的範圍之外,則執行一次發動機自動啟動,以便建立需要的真空



在制動真空感測器中,一個膜片將真空轉換成一個行程。這個行程由4個壓敏電阻轉換成電壓信號,然後發送到發動機控制單元。

制動真空感測器通過一個3芯插頭進行連接,制動真空感測器由發動機控制系統提供5V電壓和接地。制動真空感測器的信號只用於發動機啟動/停止自動裝置

How the brake vacuum sensor works and how it works

For vehicles with a manual gearbox, the brake vacuum sensor is used for the engine start/stop automatic device which must ensure that the brakes are boosted even when the engine is switched off. For this purpose the brake booster is equipped with a brake vacuum sensor. This brake vacuum sensor is connected to the engine control unit. If the vacuum is outside a defined range, an automatic engine start is performed in order to establish the required vacuum

In the brake vacuum sensor, a diaphragm converts the vacuum into a stroke. This stroke is converted by 4 varistors into a voltage signal which is then sent to the engine control unit.

The brake vacuum sensor is connected via a 3-pronged plug and the brake vacuum sensor is supplied by the engine control system with a 5V voltage and earth. The signal from the brake vacuum sensor is only used for the engine start/stop automation
