汽車空調維修與檢測，可以從汽車空調管路的視液窗中查看製冷劑夠不夠。

檢查步驟條件是:

發動機轉速為1500r/min。

鼓風機速度控制開關處於“高”位元

空調開關為“開”

溫度選擇器為“最涼”

完全打開所有車門。

清晰、無氣泡:

清晰、無氣泡，說明製冷劑適量。若開、關空調機的瞬間製冷劑起泡沫，隨後就變清，也同樣說明製冷劑適量。如果開、關空調機從視液窗內看不到動靜，而目出風口不冷，壓縮機進、出口之間沒有溫差，則說明製冷劑已漏光。若出風口不夠冷，而且關閉壓縮機後無氣泡，無流動，則說明製冷劑過多。

 偶爾出現氣泡:

若偶爾出現氣泡，並且伴有膨脹閥結霜，則說明系統中有水分。若無膨脹閥結霜現象，則可能是製冷劑少量缺少或有空氣進入。

有泡沫出現:

若泡沫不斷出現，則說明製冷劑不足。

如果泡沫很多，也可能是因為有空氣存在.出現機油條紋:

若視液窗的玻璃上有條紋狀的油漬，則說明冷凍機油量過多.出現污濁:

若視液窗上留下的油漬是黑色的或有其他雜物，則說明系統內的冷凍機油已變質。

If there is no movement through the sight glass, the air outlet is not cold and there is no temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressor, then the refrigerant has leaked out. If the air outlet is not cold enough, and there is no air bubble and no flow after the compressor is turned off, then there is too much refrigerant.

Occasional air bubbles.

If occasional air bubbles appear and there is frost on the expansion valve, then there is moisture in the system. If there is no expansion valve frost, there may be a small amount of refrigerant or air entering the system.

Foam is present.

If foam is constantly present, the refrigerant is not sufficient.

If there is a lot of foam, it may also be due to the presence of air. Oil streaks appear.

If there are streaks of oil on the glass of the sight glass, there is too much refrigerant oil. Cloudiness.

If the oil stain on the sight glass is black or has other debris on it, the refrigeration oil in the system has deteriorated.
