如何防止汽車電路搭鐵不良的措施——How to prevent poor latching of car circuits


防止搭鐵處有潮濕、銹蝕的現象,否則很容易在搭鐵處形成氧化和腐蝕

對於搭鐵不良的部位,先用細砂布打磨,將油漆或銹蝕物清理乾淨,然後擰緊固定螺栓或者將插接器插牢固。

汽車電路絕大多數採用單線制,即電氣設備的正極用導線連接,俗稱火線,負極用不長的導線與車架金屬部分連接,稱為接地線,作為系統的回路線,因此接地線是汽車電路的重要組成部分。任何一個完整的電路,其電流必須從電源的正極出發,經過熔斷器、開關、導線等到達用電設備,再經過接地線回到電源的負極。

For poorly lapped areas, clean up any paint or corrosion by sanding with a fine emery cloth and then tighten the fixing bolts or insert the plug firmly.

Most automotive circuits are single-wire, i.e. the positive terminal of the electrical equipment is connected with a lead wire, commonly known as the fire wire, and the negative terminal is connected to the metal part of the frame with a short lead wire, known as the earth wire, which acts as the circuit of the system, making the earth wire an important component of the automotive circuit. In any complete circuit, the current must start at the positive terminal of the power supply, pass through fuses, switches and conductors to reach the electrical equipment, and then return to the negative terminal of the power supply via the earth wire.
