發動機點火系統的失火 (個別氣缸不工作) 故障診斷——Misfiring of the engine ignition system (individual cylinders not working) Troubleshooting

 


個別氣缸工作不正常就是該火花塞或者高壓線(缸線)相應的失火氣缸。電控點火系統中失火的主要原因是火花寨、高壓線和點火線圈故障。其他原因也會導致發動機失火,具體如下:

    點火系統故障導致失火

主要原因有火花塞汙損、電極間隙過大或者過小、絕緣不良、高壓線斷、點火線圈斷路或者短路、點火電子控制元件、電子控制器的相應部分發生故障或者相應的點火信號控制電路連接不良等.

    燃料供給系統故障導致失火

主要原因有空氣濾清器堵塞、進氣管漏氣、燃油泵故障、燃油濾清器故障、燃油油路不暢或油壓過高或者過低、噴油器故障等

    配氣機構故障導致失火

主要原因是氣門間隙調整不當、配氣相位不對、三元催化器堵塞、消聲器堵塞等.

    氣缸密封不良導致失火

    電子控制部分導致失火

主要是感測器故障,如轉速感測器和進氣壓力感測器或空氣流感測器等.

The individual cylinder is not working properly and is the corresponding misfire cylinder for the spark plug or high pressure wire (cylinder wire). The main causes of misfires in electronically controlled ignition systems are faulty spark plugs, high pressure wires and ignition coils. Other causes can also lead to engine misfires, as follows.

① Misfire due to ignition system failure

The main causes are spark plug contamination, excessive or small gap between electrodes, poor insulation, broken high voltage wires, broken or shorted ignition coils, faulty ignition electronic control components, corresponding parts of the electronic controller or poor connection of the corresponding ignition signal control circuit, etc.

②Failure of the fuel supply system leading to misfire

The main causes are clogged air filters, leaking air intake pipes, faulty fuel pumps, faulty fuel filters, poor fuel circuits or high or low fuel pressure, faulty fuel injectors, etc.

③Malfunctioning air distribution mechanism causing misfire

The main causes are improper adjustment of valve clearance, incorrect phase of air distribution, blocked three-way catalytic converter, blocked muffler, etc.

④ Misfire caused by poor cylinder sealing

⑤ Misfire caused by electronic control part

The main cause of misfire is the failure of sensors, such as speed and pressure sensors or air flow sensors.
