汽車漆面開裂的修復方法——Repairing cracked car paintwork

 

汽車漆面開裂的表現：

塗膜發生無規則的斷裂或裂縫，通常發生在基材上被填補的縫隙或板的邊緣附近，塗膜裂縫常形成三角形或星形，塗膜烈縫的深度不等，較嚴重的裂縫可直達基材，局部修補時，在羽狀邊剛剛噴上塗料後可能會出現輕微裂紋.

 汽車漆面開裂的主要原因

塗膜中的氣泡由於氣候原因膨脹或塗膜中的內應力增大使塗膜失效

①    塗料混合不均勻，稀釋劑不足或型號不對。

②    基材表面處理不好，砂紙太粗，清洗不淨或縫隙填補不當

③    壓縮空氣管中有油或水。

④    塗膜太厚，各道塗膜之間的流平時間不夠

⑤    塗裝時，基材的溫度太高或太低。

⑥    在未充分固化或熱塑性丙烯酸塗膜上噴塗了熱固性塗料

汽車漆面開裂的預防措施

①    塗料一定要混合均勻，按規定的比例和型號使用稀釋劑

②    嚴格將基材表面處理好，特別要注意羽狀邊周圍的處理

③    正確維護壓縮空氣設備。

④     使用正確的噴塗方法，每道噴塗的塗膜要薄而濕，保證各道塗膜之間的流平時間。噴塗時，基材表面的溫度要合適。

⑤    噴一層環氧樹脂漆，將熱塑性內烯酸塗層封閉。

 汽車漆面開裂的修補方法

若裂縫較輕微只影響面塗層時，可用砂紙打磨裂紋直到露出完整表面，然後重新噴塗。若裂縫穿透到底漆時，則應將缺陷區域的塗膜全部除去，將基材缺陷徹底修復，然後重新噴塗。

Failure of the coating film due to the expansion of the air bubbles in the coating film due to weathering or increased internal stress in the coating film

① Uneven mixing of the paint, insufficient thinner or wrong type.

② Poor surface treatment of the substrate, too coarse sandpaper, poor cleaning or improper filling of gaps

③ Oil or water in the compressed air pipe.

④ The coating film is too thick and the levelling time between coats is not sufficient

⑤ The temperature of the substrate is too high or too low when painting.

⑥ Thermosetting paints were sprayed on top of under-cured or thermoplastic acrylic paint films

Preventive measures for cracking of car paintwork

① Make sure that the paint is well mixed and that the thinner is applied in the required proportion and type.

② Treat the surface of the substrate strictly, especially around the feathered edges.

③ Maintain the compressed air equipment correctly.

④ Use the correct spraying method and ensure that each coat is thin and wet to allow time for levelling between coats. The temperature of the substrate surface should be appropriate when spraying.

⑤ A coat of epoxy resin paint is applied to seal the thermoplastic endo-acrylate layer.

Repairing cracked car paintwork

If the crack is minor and only affects the topcoat, sandpaper can be used to sand the crack until the surface is exposed and then repaint. If the crack penetrates through to the base coat, the defective area should be completely removed and the substrate repaired before repainting.
