什麼是汽車分動器?
能將發動機的動力進行分配的部件就是汽車分動器,分動器是四驅汽車必備的一個裝置,經過分動器動力可以分配到非驅動輪,或者分配到四輪。分動器是齒輪傳動系統,所以要使用齒輪油,齒輪油主要起到潤滑齒輪和軸承、防止磨損和銹蝕、幫助齒輪散熱等作用。
分動器及前驅動橋離合的控制原理:
1.分動器在4WD和2WD之間切換時有以下的基本邏輯: 駕駛員通過按鈕,將意圖傳達給ECU;ECU指令電磁同步裝置開始工作,又指令換檔馬達將動器檔位掛到4H;在掛上4H後,過4秒,等轉速差為零後ECU再指令前橋離合器工作,使前軸接合。
2.柏格華納電控分動器的ECU讀取了車速信號、離合器作動信號、分動器位置信號、前軸離合器位置信號,在經過ECU的邏輯運算後,可合理地控制分動器和前驅動軸離合器的作動邏輯關係,以實現高速時的2WD和4WD之間的切換,同時也合理地控制前驅動軸離合器的工作狀態。
3.電控分動器的ECU是由分動器總成一起帶來的,如果要在手動分動器上實現對前驅動轎離合器的控制,就必須追加一個控制ECU,並在分動器上追加分動器檔位感測器,ECU的控制邏輯要重新進行標定。
4.分動器和前驅動橋離合器的控制邏輯與發動機、變速器的控制ECU無關

A distributor is a component that distributes power from the engine to the non-driven wheels or to all four wheels. The distributor is a gear transmission system, so gear oil is used. Gear oil mainly plays a role in lubricating gears and bearings, preventing wear and rust, and helping to dissipate heat from gears.
Control principle of the splitter and front drive axle clutch.
1. The basic logic of the splitter when switching between 4WD and 2WD is as follows: the driver communicates his intentions to the ECU via a button; the ECU instructs the electromagnetic synchronising device to start working, and the shift motor to put the splitter in gear to 4H; after 4 seconds of being put in 4H, the ECU then instructs the front axle clutch to work when the speed difference is zero, so that the front axle engages.
2. The ECU of the BorgWarner electronically controlled distributor reads the vehicle speed signal, the clutch actuation signal, the distributor position signal and the front axle clutch position signal. After the logic operation of the ECU, it can reasonably control the logical relationship between the actuation of the distributor and the front drive shaft clutch to realise the switching between 2WD and 4WD at high speed, and also reasonably control the working state of the front drive shaft clutch.
3. The ECU of the electronically controlled splitter is brought together with the splitter assembly. If the control of the front drive shaft clutch is to be realised on the manual splitter, an additional control ECU has to be added and a splitter gear sensor has to be added to the splitter and the control logic of the ECU has to be recalibrated.
4. The control logic of the splitter and front drive axle clutch is independent of the control ECU of the engine and transmission
