汽修技師在進行冷凝器清理清洗的操作時，須注意操作規範，使用壓縮空氣和水槍清洗時壓力不宜過高，否則可能會給冷凝器造成損傷。

 

汽車空調冷凝器清理工作看上去很簡單，其實有不少是需要注意的，一旦操作不當就可能給汽車空調冷凝器帶來故障隱患。

汽車空調冷凝器的翅片很薄、管路很細，一旦被尖細的硬物刮擦，就可能破裂，導致製冷劑洩漏。損傷之初，製冷劑世漏量較小，還是可以維持製冷，但隨著時間增長，製冷劑迴圈到冷凝器時就會外泄，就會導致空調製冷效果明顯變差。 

除此之外，清理的時候還要避免使用堅硬的金屬大力捅刺或刮擦冷凝器，以避免破壞冷凝器管路。可以先把前杠拆除再清理冷凝器，這樣既可以保證有效清理，也可以減少前杠對清洗操作設備的妨礙。
