手動變速箱分為哪幾種？——What types of manual gearboxes are there?

 

手動變速箱分為兩軸式、中間軸式、雙中間軸式、多中間軸式四種，這是根據固定軸式手動變速箱的軸數不同進行的分類。兩軸式手動變速箱的特點是輸出軸與輸入軸平行，沒有中間軸，優點是機械效率高，雜訊小。中間軸式手動變速箱的特點是輸入軸與輸出軸在同一條水平線上，而中間軸是和它們平行佈置的。

 

手動變速露是必須通過用手撥動變速器杆，才能改變傳動比的變速器。手動變速器主要由殼體、傳動元件 (輸入輸出軸、齒輪、同步器等) 、操縱組件(換擋拉杆、撥又等)當變速器運作時，一組齒輪嚙合，而接近換擋時，下一擋段的齒輪已被預選，但離合器仍處於分離狀態，當換擋時一台離合器將使用中的齒輪分離，同時另一台離合器嚙合已被預選的齒輪，在整個換擋期間能確保最少有一組齒輪在輸出動力，使動力沒有出現間斷的狀況。變速器是用來改變來自發動機的轉速和轉矩的機構，它能固定或分檔改變輸出軸和輸入軸傳動比，又稱變速箱。變速器由變速傳動機構和操縱機構組成，有些汽車還有動力輸出機構。傳動機構大多用普通齒輪傳動，也有的用行星齒輪傳動。普通齒輪傳動變速機構一般用滑移齒輪和同步器等.
