發動機不能啟動的幾種情況及解決方法
1.若啟動開關轉到S位置，發動機無反應
檢查啟動電路、熔絲、繼電器、蓄電池及接線情況、啟動開關。對自動變速器汽車，應檢查換擋手柄是否在P/N位置。
2.若將啟動開關轉到S位置，只聽到起動機發出“哢哢”聲響，發動機仍不轉動
①檢查蓄電池電壓及接線情況
②檢查起動機的吸拉線圈和保持線圈的工作情況
③檢查發動機是否曲軸抱死
3.只有起動機空轉，發動機不轉
檢查起動機的吸拉線圈和保持線圈的工作情況，檢查起動機小齒輪及單向離合器.
4.若將啟動開關轉到s位置，發動機轉速無力，不能啟動 (200r/min)
檢查蓄電池、起動機
5.若將啟動開關轉到S位置，發動機啟動，但一鬆手，點火開關回到ON的位置時發動機熄火啟動開關工作不良
6.若起動機非常有力地帶動發動機運轉
(超過200r/min)
，
①用儀器或自診斷系統檢測故障碼
②檢查點火電路
✦檢查有無跳火
✦將火花塞高壓線或中央高壓線拔出，讓其在離搭鐵5
~ 8mm處試火。若無火則首先檢查:
發動機轉速感測器、曲軸位置/凸輪軸位置感測器的信號輸出及線路情況
③檢查供油系統
檢查火花塞潤濕情況，潤濕則說明油路供油;若不潤濕則檢查以下項目
✦汽油泵工作情況，通電、油壓
✦噴油器電路及工作情況
✦油路是否暢通，油箱是否有油
④檢查配氣正時

The engine can not start several kinds of conditions and solutions
1. If the start switch is turned to the S position, the engine is not responding.
Check the starting circuit, fuses, relays, batteries and wiring conditions, start switch. For automatic transmission vehicles, check whether the shift knob is in the P/N position.
2. If the starter switch is turned to the S position, only the starter makes a "sound", the engine still does not rotate.
① check the battery voltage and wiring condition
② check the suction coil and holding coil of the starter working condition
Check whether the crankshaft of the engine is locked.
3. Only the starter idles, the engine does not rotate.
Check the work of the starter's suction and retention coils, check the starter pinion and unidirectional clutch.
4. If the start switch is turned to the s position, the engine rotates with no power and cannot be started (200r/min).
Check the battery and starter.
5. If you turn the starter switch to the s position, the engine starts, but once you let go of the ignition switch back to the ON position, the engine stalls
the starter switch is not working well.
6. If the starter is very strong to run the engine (more than 200r/min), but the engine still can't start.
① Check the fault code by instrument or self-diagnostic system.
②Check the ignition circuit
✦Check for misfiring
✦ Pull out the spark plug high voltage wire or the central high voltage wire and test the ignition at a distance of 5 to 8 mm from the hitch. If there is no fire, first check the signal output and wiring of the engine speed sensor, crankshaft position/camshaft position sensor.
③Check the oil supply system
Check spark plug lubrication, lubrication means that the oil supply circuit; if not lubricated, check the following items
✦ Gasoline pump operation, power on, oil pressure
✦ Fuel injector circuit and operating condition.
✦ Fuel circuit and operating condition
✦ Whether the fuel line is smooth, whether the fuel tank is full of oil.
④Check air distribution timing.
