汽車ABS故障處理方法是: ABS出現故障，一般ABS故障燈會點亮，可用故障檢測儀進行診斷，然後根據故障代碼提示進行相應的檢查。有時候輪速信號會偶爾不准，導致ABS工作異常，這類故障比較難以排除，在診斷時，可採用即時讀取4個輪速感測器信號的方法，當故障出現時某車輪的輪速信號會突然異常
先確認常規故障內容:
(1)制動液是否在規定範圍:
(2)檢查制動開關及制動燈是否正常亮滅
(3)檢查踏板行程及分泵、總泵的密封性
(4)必要時，拔下ABS ECU的插頭或電源的保險，取消ABS控制後試車，確認常規制動正常
再確認ABS電控系統:
(1)檢查ABS ECU導線、插頭、插座的連接情況是否損壞，
(2)檢查制動燈液面指示開關插頭、輪速感測器插頭及導線、液壓調節裝置上的主控制閥上的接線插頭等接線部位是否正常，
(3)檢查繼電器、保險絲是否插接車靠，
(4)檢查蓄電池電壓是否在規定的範圍內，正負極連接是否牢固5)檢查ABS ECU、液壓調節裝置等的搭鐵是否良好。
If your car fails ABS, the ABS fault light will normally illuminate and a fault detector can be used to diagnose the fault. Sometimes the wheel speed signal may occasionally be inaccurate, causing the ABS to work abnormally.
First, identify the general fault content.
(1) Whether the brake fluid is in the specified range.
(2) Check if the brake switch and brake light are on and off normally
(3) Check the pedal stroke and the sealing of the sub-pump and master pump
(4) If necessary, unplug the ABS ECU or fuse the power supply, cancel the ABS control and test the vehicle to make sure the regular braking is normal.
Re-check the ABS electronic control system.
(1) Check for damage to ABS ECU wires, plugs and sockets.
(2) Check the brake light level indicator switch plug, the wheel speed sensor plug and lead wire, and the wiring plug on the main control valve of the hydraulic pressure regulator for normal wiring.
(3) check the relay, fuse is plugged into the car reliable.
(4) Check that the battery voltage is within the specified range and that the positive and negative connections are secure. 5) Check that the ABS ECU, hydraulic regulator, etc. have a good latch.
