在機械液壓助力轉向系統中,助力的大小只與方向盤轉角的增量 (角速度)有關也就是說,只有方向盤在轉動時才會提供助力。方向盤打死的時候由於沒有角速度,是不需要助力的這時的液壓泵卸荷空轉。液壓泵的工作壓力只會因為方向盤轉動過快,而不是轉向角度過大而增大。同時為了防止轉動阻力矩過大損壞油泵,每個液壓系統中都必須裝設用以限制最高壓力的安全閥。所以機械液壓助力轉向系統不會因為打死方向盤損壞液壓泵而導致轉向系統損壞。

在電子液壓助力系統中,液壓泵供油量由方向盤轉角變化量(角速度)和車速決定方向盤轉度角速度越大同時車速越低,則電動機轉速越高,液壓泵供油量也越大。當方向盤打死,也就沒有了角速度,這時不需要轉向助力,液壓泵卸荷空轉。液壓泵的最大工作壓力會出現在原地不動的情況下快速轉動方向盤,但也不用擔心原地打方向過快會損壞液壓泵,因為電子液壓助力系統同樣會裝設安全閥。所以電子液壓助力轉向系統不會因為打死方向盤損壞液壓泵而導致轉向系統損壞。



助力泵出問題主要會造成轉向沉和轉向異響,低速時轉角越大聲音越響,一定要儘快修理,否則助力泵磨損的金屬屑會損壞轉向機,管路清潔也很麻煩,不排除需要更換!

In an electro-hydraulic power assist system, the amount of oil supplied to the pump is determined by the amount of change in the steering wheel angle (angular speed) and the vehicle speed. When the steering wheel is killed, there is no more angular speed and no need for steering assistance. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic pump will occur when the steering wheel is turned quickly without moving in place, but there is no need to worry about damaging the hydraulic pump if the steering wheel is turned too quickly in place, because the electro-hydraulic power steering system is also equipped with a safety valve. The electro-hydraulic power steering system will not be damaged by the pump if the steering wheel is beaten to death.


Problems with the pump will mainly cause steering sink and steering noise, the higher the steering angle at low speed the louder the noise.
