方向機油轉向油量的檢查方法How to check the steering oil level
檢查液壓動力轉向系統油量，一般在熱狀態下檢查
先將汽車停放在平坦堅硬的路面上，啟動發動機使其在不大於1000r/min狀態下空轉:左右來回轉動轉向盤數次，使液壓油溫度升高到80°C左右，可用手觸摸液壓管路，應有燙手的感覺。
然後將轉向盤轉到中間位置，觀察儲油罐內的油液有無氣泡或乳化現象,若有泡沫乳化現象產生，則說明液壓動力轉向器內可能有空氣或者是油液液面過低導致空氣進入。
遇此情況，應排除管路空氣後並添加液壓油。加油後查看油量是否在油尺的正常位置上:
80C左右時油量在油尺熱刻線(HOT)，常溫狀態下恢復在冷刻線(COLD) ，說明油量正常。

Check the hydraulic power steering system oil level, usually when it is hot.
Park the car on a flat and hard surface, start the engine and let it idle at no more than Turn the steering wheel back and forth a few times to raise the hydraulic oil temperature to about 80°C. Touch the hydraulic line with your hand, it should feel hot.
Then turn the steering wheel to the middle position. Observe the oil in the storage tank for bubbles or emulsification. If there are bubbles or emulsions, the hydraulic power steering may have air in it or the fluid level may be too low, causing air to enter.
If this is the case, remove the air from the lines and add hydraulic fluid. After refuelling, check that the oil level is at the normal position of the dipstick: at around 80C the oil level is at the HOT mark and at room temperature it is back at the COLD mark, indicating that the oil level is normal.
