線性輸出型節氣門位置感測器檢測

1)靜態檢測:

用萬用表檢測各端子的電阻值與標準相比對動。態檢測: 接通點火開.3.1關不發動發電機檢測各端子是否導通。

2)動態檢測

先檢測端電壓和線束的導通性，接通點火開關測量不通狀態下的電壓信號和ECU的輸出量與標準相比對。

開關量輸出型節氣門位置感測器檢測：

1) 靜態檢測:

關閉火花塞，取下感測器線束用萬用表檢測各端電阻值.

2) 動態檢測:

現檢測線路的導通性然後接通點火開關，用萬用表電壓檔檢測供電電壓12V啟動發動機測量急速時的信號電壓功率觸點時的信號電壓

Inspection of linear output type throttle position sensors

1) Static test.

Use a multimeter to check the resistance value of each terminal against the standard. 3.1 Switching on the ignition without starting the generator to check if the terminals are on.

3.1 Turn off the generator to check if the terminals are on.

2) Dynamic test

First check the terminal voltage and the conductivity of the wiring harness, then turn on the ignition switch and measure the voltage signal and the output of the ECU in the inactive state compared with the standard.

Switching output type throttle position sensor inspection

1) Static test.

Turn off the spark plug, remove the sensor harness and use a multimeter to check the resistance value at each end. 

2) Dynamic testing.

Check the conductivity of the wires, then turn on the ignition switch and use a multimeter to check the supply voltage of 12 V. Start the engine and measure the signal voltage at speed and power contacts.
