方向盤抖動的一些故障原因和維修排除方法

Some of the causes of wheel shake and how to fix it

①車行駛時速在80公里至90公里之間時出現方向盤抖動現象，時速超過90公里則恢復正常.

🔹出現這種情況多數是由於輪胎變形或車輛傳動系統引起的，須檢查前輪各定位角和前束是否符合要求如失准應調整;

🔹 Most are caused by tyre deformation or the vehicle's drivetrain. Check that the front wheel alignment angle and front beam are as required.

🔹架前橋試轉車輪，檢查車輪靜平衡情況及輪胎是否變形過大，如變形應更換.

🔹Try turning the front axle to check the static balance of the wheels and whether the tyres are too distorted, if so replace them.

行駛在平坦路面上車輛正常，但遇到坑窪的路面時方向盤會出現抖動。

🔹這是由於汽車在行駛時，因拉杆球頭磨損松曠或接頭處膠套脫落，還有輪胎因磨損變得不規則，應送專業維修點檢查，更換損壞部件.

高速行駛時突然踩刹車出現方向盤抖動

🔹刹車用力過猛、過頻可能會導致刹車盤、刹車片過熱，遇冷變形，引起方向盤抖動。一般在更換刹車盤、刹車片後，症狀即可得到解決。

🔹Braking too hard or too often may cause the brake discs and pads to overheat and deform when cold, causing the steering wheel to shake. The situation can normally be resolved by replacing the brake discs and pads.
